  • Name of bank receiving the wire transfer
  • ABA routing number of receiving bank or SWIFT Code
  • Account number of beneficiary
  • Beneficiary's or Receiver's full name
  • Beneficiary’s or Receiver’s address (a P.O. Box only is not valid)
  • Outgoing wire transfer amount in U.S. dollars or foreign currency
  • Sender's name and address
  • Sender's telephone number
  • Sunstate Bank account number to debit
